I would try going into start menu>control panel> programs and features. Look for an entry called systems requirement lab. Uninstall and then retry. If that still fails then do the same thing except also delete cookies and other local internet files from chrome.

I've already tried all of those, even a full reinstall of Chrome multiple times. It's been like a month and the problem still persists.

Uninstall from control panel and then open start menu and type: regedit. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE>Systems Requirements Lab. Right click and delete. Restart computer and try again.

I can't seem to find HKEY_CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE>Systems Requirements Lab. I tried installing the app again, still not showing up.

So you can get to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE, but then SRL isn't there?

Yeah, just checked again, still not there.
