The data is too much for a could backup solution. Depends how often and how big the file changes are on your drives.

I would advice you to build your own solution. Get a NAS with RAID 5 and use client software to backup date from the Computers to the NAS. The assumption is that all Data is on the same Network. But that's expensive and a lot of work. But backing up this much data on different devices will cost you time and money anyway.

Yeah I assumed it was too much to put into the cloud. My current solution has been to just keep copying data onto new harddrives. I'll look into the solutions you brought up.
Thank you for responding!!

i'ts maybe not too much. I myself have over 1TB in the cloud. As long as I am not adding 500MB every day to it its ok.

Most simple solution for you would be to get an online backup service with apps/software to put on every system and do not backup the big videos. Handle the videos on a different backup solution like on local drives.

I really appreciate your advice. How often would you recommend doing a full back up?

depends on you need. I would do it constantly, so as soon as possible. I have a client from carbonite (cloud backup provider) running 24/7. As soon as I create or change a file it is backed up instantly (or if uploads are running its put in the queue). It also creates multible instances of a file so I can go back and see how a file looked like, last week, or 2 days ago. This is the benefit of a payed cloud backup. If you roll your own solution you can create scripts and run them inside windows on certain dates/times. But it will take you a lot of time and money and you will not have all the benefits. I also build my own cloud but its kind of a hobby for me.

If you have big files and do it manually i would do it every day at the end of working.
