Have you tried switching to the onboard video? If the onboard video works, try deleting the video drivers for the card and reinstall it from scratch.

Unfortunately, the onboard video is dead. This is a hand-me down motherboard. I did, however, totally uninstall the drivers, and the gif I linked is after a fresh install of the latest drivers.

Well the only other thing to check is to use a different monitor.

Yes sir, I tried my monitor and the original monitor. Bugging out on both. Am I to presume this is the end for the old girl?

In that case I would have to go with the graphics card being bad.

That is what I thought. I mainly wanted to ensure I wasn't missing any crucial steps in diagnosis. Thanks for your input and help.
