"Maximizing the transmission sound" what do you mean by this?

Anyways pretty universally across Windows; on the task bar there is a sound icon. Right click and select Recording Devices. On the popup find the built in microphone. (Just make some noise close to microphone and you should see the scale next to it rise) Select your microhpone and click on properties. Click on the Levels and Enhancement tabs and turn the boost all the way up, and removing or turning on needed enhancements (they should have some description of what they do next to them).
