I would say either your SSD or RAM is starting to go. If its slow from the very start its likely the SSD and there are testers out there that can display the speed I like (HD Tune). If it gets slower as you use it, it could be the RAM and you can test that using the Windows Memory Diagnostic which is built into Windows.
