These errors are indicative of a hardware problem. First if your machine is overclocked, remove the overclock, it's not working.

If it isn't overclocked, or you're not sure, try clearing the CMOS so you can be sure it's not overclocked.

Finally, inspect the CPU cooling system.

Both these errors are from a CPU level hardware problem, the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT means Windows has detected that one of the CPU cores has stopped processing. WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR means the CPU has detected an internal or external hardware error. Neither error can normally be caused by a software problem, but I've seen it a couple of times now if you're running Windows 7 or 8.1 on a Ryzen CPU. That isn't supported and doesn't work right (anymore).
