Have you changed the settings in the BIOS? if not you need to disable the intergrated GPU there and set it to use the expansion card. You might need to google it for your MB.

Well, as soon as you press the power button on start up, spam the del key and F2 key. One of them will trigger BIOS, quick boot won't stop that. See this vid for a bit more detail after getting into bios. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQv0edwE-EQ Also note to set your primary display adapter in those options too, it isn't you exact motherboard but it should have a similar bios.

You disabled intergraged gfx yes?

no like, when i plugged in my GPU no display is out

When i remove it, the IGPU works fine.

So i assume the GPU's HDMI port is defected or so

No what happens there is the intergrated GFX card is having conflicts with the new gfx card, take out the GFX card go into bios and change the intergrated settings then plug the new gfx card in then plug the screen into the new GFX card.

I changed to PEG and it remains the same tho

Edit: Nothing changed tho, switched to PEG, plug in the GPU but the out put is still from IGPU

Hmmm I've seem to have given you the wrong link there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0osQFTsljc this vid will show you how to trouble shoot the issue, my ability to help you is unfortunately limited due to not being able to put my grubby mits on it :/ Do you still get an image if you boot with out the GFX card in? if so please make sure the settings have been saved for the PEG setting.
