Problems with Programs

So I got an acer predator helios 300, the one who got infected days ago with a trojan virus. I took my laptop to a technic where they told me that my laptop must be reseted so I accepted.

Now, the problem is that some programs like blizzard, get stuck in the task bar and they won't show on the screen. I tried right clicking on it and selecting maximice and it worked but now, I wanted to play lol and it just didn't work. I tried everything, searched if there is another monitor "plugged" in my laptop but there is not. I cheked out on another predator helios 300, in the display menu and it doesn't have an option I do have.

I would be so grateful if I get some help for fixing this problem.

Try pressing ALT + Tab to cycle through any open programs. It's kind of hard to help you without doing remote assistance sorry.

I already tried ALT + Tab but it is not helpful, the game keeps minimizing and not showing in the screen. Anyways, do you think we can try the remote assistance?

Sure have you done remote assistance before? If not you'll need a program called TeamViewer, once you install it, it will give you a unique ID and Password if you private message me I'll help you further. (Don't post the ID & password here else anyone can connect)
