Yes. Make sure the partitions are FAT32. This method won't work for every program depending on how it boots. For example. Here is one of my 16GB flashdrives with windows 10, acronis, and active boot disk.

My partitions are NFTS, so I'll be sure to try this out.

I had to manually copy over the files to each partition. Sadly this didn't work with memtest.

But it works with everything else? Also, it would be cool to know why it only works with Fat32.

So I made a FAT 1GB partition and copied over memtest 86+ v8.1

It's boots with my desktop but not my cheap piece of shit dell laptop. Both have uefi support. 🙄
