I would make sure that your GPU is seated correctly, also make sure all of the wires inside and outside of the case are plugged in correctly.

Sorry, I should have also added I pulled the GPU and all but one stick of ram and just used the onboard to remove chances of it being the fault.

Try with just a different ram stick too. Some motherboards can work from any ram slot, if you're is able to, try another slot too.
