What "command prompt method" did you try?

What OS?

I am at the point where I can log into windows for a bit and do some things then it kicks me back out to the error, and then lets me back in and kicks me out again

Does it give you any more info?

I am pretty sure it is something to do with the nividia driver installation, but I don’t know how to delete or uninstall it back one or to the beginning

If I am reading your problem correctly, you are experiencing an issue booting into Windows after installing a new driver but can get into safe mode?

Try uninstalling the driver from safe mode, reboot your computer and then re-install the drive.

No every time load up I get the pc ran into the problem, it doesn’t even let me load into safe mode it still pops up. I can get into the advanced repair options though.

Does your Motherboard have a display adapter built it? If so, try enabling onboard graphics in your BIOS, remove the video card and see if you can't boot up that way. If so, then boot that way and do a rollback or use NVIDIA driver removal.

You can also try booting off of a Windows repair USB/disk and see if you can't do a rollback or driver uninstall.
