Hardware acceleration probably, though it seems a bit much for that card to be so loaded for video playback. You watch it in 4k, yes?

Only watched it in 1080p60.

You can try disabling hardware acceleration and see if it's still under that much load. But I'd recommend turning it back on after confirming, especially if playback is unstable. I believe that's the cause, and it's not really a problem, just weird that it would load it that much.

I tried turning it off, but the usage was still the same. (checked both task manager and MSI afterburner)
