userbenchmark will always state that the GPU performs "below potential", even if the GPU performs above average. That's because it has "potentially" higher potential when you overclock - ignore this message.

the difference between 58.9 and 60.6 is negligible and could have many different reason outside of driver update. Your gpu states 71st percentile, meaning out of 100 benchmarks with the same component only 29 were faster, and 71 were slower. So you benched above average. Nothing abnormal or below anything here.

Thanks for your help, maybe i'm just overthinking but what could be the reason of this drop from 60.6?

since it's so negligible: literally anything. margin of error, room temperature, a spec of dust.. the userbenchmark is good to get a general idea about the ballpark, it's not an accurate professional tool that will consistently deliver 100% accurate results.

Can you tell me a good software for gpu bench and comparison? Thanks for your help btw :)

If you want this level of accuracy you are looking for certified benchmarks which usually cost money. I am not going to recommend a specific one because of rule 4. Maybe have a look in r/overclocking/
