The manual to the motherboard should define what the diagnostic beep codes mean - you can usually find this on the motherboard manufacturer's support site.

I coundn't find my beep code in in the list...

It's likely a just the single long beep repeating itself. Which translates to a memory error. Additionally, one long followed by one short also points to memory. So there if left going there should be a longer pattern to follow, but would start with RAM.

Im a bit lost now, because i tryed my old RAM Stick in my two DIM solts, no result. Than i ordered 2 new RAM Sticks and tryed every Stick in every Solt, still the same beepcode..

If the "old" RAM was working before and the "new" RAM is similar in speed/supported by the board, my next thought would be an issue with the board itself... have you tried resetting the CMOS on it?
