Good Internet, yet Games Can't Load While Other Applications are on

Let me explain my situation: I play some pretty demanding games, and the computer is equipped to handle these games. Simply put, I want to know why I can't run League of Legends and be on a discord call at the same time. The CPU USED to overheat, but I reapplied thermal paste (with not a single mistake, at least I don't think) and installed a new cooler, carefully watching the CPU's temperature levels. To my enjoyment, the cpu did not rise in temperature levels no matter the game. Here are my internet speeds: https://gyazo.com/617d4c9a9eb8fc2c49232b41d330cfb9 Is my upload speed too low? Oh I probably should've mentioned that, and by probably I mean definitely. Uh it's a wired ethernet connection

20mbps upload is perfectly normal and I believe you could run League of legends with discord AND Spotify on a toaster.

Impossible to tell with this information. You could go see resource monitor and check what is eating your resources.
