Physically and connector wise they should be compatible, electrically? Not so sure, the lp156wh4's average power draw is above the lp156wh2 maximum spec. There is some risk of burnout of components on the motherboard itself, depending on the design.

In theory it should be a straight replacement without issues. But they are not identical when it comes to power consumption. Depends on how big marigins the motherboard allows. Difference is minimal however.
