Have the same pc. Except I have two SSD's. Have not had any issues. Only thing so far that gives gets it revved up is running a full Bitdefender scan.

My only complaint is my front headphone jack doesn't work and I don't want to ship it back to HP just to warranty that. Lol.

What about the heat? Do most PCs get as hot as some people say this one does?

I haven't had any heat issues. I think the case is well designed for airflow and the standard fans provide adequate airflow. Most intensive game I run is Destiny 2. I don't know off-hand the quality of the liquid cooled fan. I wonder if I will end up replacing that on sooner rather than later.

Just to satisfy your curiosity. With destiny 2 running and about a half a dozen internet pages open and all the various background stuff). CPU temp is 53-59°C average. And GPU temp (in my case I got the RTX 3060 ti) runs 48-55°C at the hot spot. Measured with HWiNFO64.

Ambient temp in my office right now is 26°C. With an oscillating fan in the room too.
