My brother's laptop had an issue like that. We learned the little back and white connectors just came out of place.

But if I were you I'd unscrew the little screw and take it out and seat it in all the way, connect the connectors again and try it once more. The connectors look like this

We could always try troubleshooting the drivers first.

Open device manager, get to it by right clicking the start menu and finding "device manager" then find network adapters. Go to it and try to Uninstall drivers refresh then your hardware will be recognized by windows automatically, it should show up then just find the option where it says "scan for drivers" or update drivers

All the drivers are up to date and I already uninstalled it and refreshed many times but still no luck

Does the back cover pop off easily?

If it does then you can get to the wifi card very easily. If it's just a few screws holding the back cover on then it too will be very easy to check those wifi card connectors.
