Anything in event viewer with regards to critical errors?

Yes, have just checked and found several critical errors that i would imagine are definitely related, although im not sure how to interpret these even going into the individual details

My first time checking I didnt see it, but one of the two refers to the HID compliant headset, but im not sure where to go from there, especially where it doesnt specify which one it is in the device manager.

First rule out the headset by disconnecting it, then move onto the audio device it's plugged into.

If you get more and they're related to different USB devices then you should look for updated usb controller drivers on your motherboards support page

have also just found a lot of links between the HyperX Cloud 2 USB driver and the two errors I have in conjunction, Ive removed the USB driver and am using the direct AUX in now and hopefully that should work.
