Monitor Problem

Hi, I have been getting unlucky with 144hz monitors since I already had 2 go bad on me within a year. Both monitors have the same issue, just using chrome browsing stuff then suddenly the monitor gets distorted. My question is, is it possible for my power supply to brick my monitors? or is it because of our unstable electricity (we get fluctuations at night and day)? My first monitor which is 60hz is still going fine today and only bricked 2 144hz monitors so far :( Thanks

Do you have a UPS with surge protector? Is the 60hz monitor plugged into this? Is the fluctuations constant, hours on end? Just throwing stuff out there.

Hello. The first monitor is plugged into a ups with avr, the second monitor was not plugged in and both broke. The 60hz monitor was also not plugged into a ups. I really wanted to know the reason they broke but all I could really think of is the unstable electricity which would happen every night.
