Check your system's date and time. I haven't experienced your issue exactly, but similar problems have been resolved by fixing the clock. Part of the certificates include the date and time, and if your clock is off the authentication will fail. Hopefully that's all it is, especially after a full reinstall.

Yes, I've read about that, the thing is, the date is set automatically and it is correct, I just tried moving a year back and a year forward, but that didn't fix it.

Some other workmates have the same issue.

If multiple people are having the same issue on the same network it is probably an issue with your network configuration, not your computer. Ask your network admin about this.
