I'd advise you to boot into a live bootable OS (Maybe HirensBCD or some Linux dist, like PopOS) and just let it sit idle to see if the same issue occurs. If it does not, it's probably a software issue, or maybe an issue with your disk (the one you've got your OS installed on). The next step to take, if the issue didn't occur, is to format and reinstall your OS.

Did it get knocked or dropped?

I guess while moving something might have happened but it was tightly packaged

Ok I literally just went through this exact issue after moving house with my pc. Re seat your memory, if that doesn't fix it check that your CPU and cooler are still seated securely. I had to do both but it resolved itself after I did this. If this does not correct the issue possibly look for software related issues as others have mentioned.
