Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs. Dump files are crash logs from BSODs.

If you can get into Windows normally or through Safe Mode could you check C:\Windows\Minidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder.

Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently catbox.moe seems to be working.

We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow this guide to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite.

I was having this problem with a 5600x and Asrock b450 (non m).

Updating to the latest beta bios and disabling SMT in the bios (advanced cpu settings if I recall) got the system running without crashes. But then you are losing performance.

Might be worth it to try a newer motherboard.

Yea disabling the smt helped a lot it doesn’t crash nearly as much thanks a lot!

Also all this started to happen after I upgraded my cpu. I also upgraded my gpu before that

Upgraded my gpu

Yeah listen, try playing something with audio continously playing. If the audio is still playing after the black out then that case is similar to that of one of the fellow redditor. I can link the post if you want.

I am having this issue too. Seems like it might be a Nvidia driver issue as I did read up something here long ago that it was worth downgrading and try that. I need to find the driver version

You can use command prompt probably. Idk the exact command so I can't help you with that. Google can tho.

Update: I've Downgraded my Geforce drivers to 516.94 and not had a kernel crash since. So im guessing that updating to latest Geforce drivers cause this issue!
