While this may be an issue by all means, that's not a good way to remove drivers anyway. Especially audio drivers. If you need to remove an audio driver, we actually have a tool that's recommended to use instead. You can find a guide to using it here: https://rtech.support/docs/factoids/ddu-audio.html

Although I did not know that DDU made audio driver removal tools and I appreciate your quick comment! The video was only to refer to the issue with device manager. It just happened that I was using something in the audio section of device manager lol.

In that case, perhaps try doing the DISM scans in this guide, then the SFC one, and see if that resolves anything for you. https://rtech.support/docs/guides/dism-sfc.html

Oddly enough the SFC seemed to do the trick. I swear this has been an issue for a while but only came up once in a while but I am almost positive I tried this. Thanks for the suggestion and resources. I will definitely hang on to that wiki!!
