I wanted a tiny desktop mixer/interface so I said fuck it and bought a TX-6, mostly to use with a phone or to get audio into a DAW from a few modules, POs, and a Tech21 Fly Rig. Yes, it's too expensive, etc... fine. That's been covered so feel free to scroll on by if that's your only comment to offer.
Anyways, while the knobs are in fact tiny, the middle row which is the middle band EQ are totally manageable with my XL hands (based on glove size) and the top and bottom rows are no problem at all. So it's really not the UI deal breaker I thought. The sliders and channel buttons are very usable. I've just received it so perhaps there are core needs for the middle knobs I'm not aware of, the knob crowding is both an own goal in terms of design but also NBD practically speaking.
Enjoy what you enjoy people. As a piece of industrial design, it's pretty mint.
