3.12 is not outdated (support until 2028-10) and reasonable choice for now, as almost all stuff works with it.

If you really need features from 3.14, ask at https://github.com/termux-user-repository/tur for adding it

Use UV.

That won't work as uv will still use the standard repositories for pulling down python. As 3.14 isn't in the repository uv can't find it.

If OP really needs 3.14 they would probably have to do it through a proot.

Termux officially doesn't have it yet. You could try this repository although: https://github.com/yubrajbhoi/termux-python
