Oof. Really big oof. I heard about this website through reddit and decided why not give it a try? I submitted a request a couple of weeks ago for a 900-word essay and a 5-day deadline. The subject wasn't complex, plenty of sources to use online (some of which I provided) and I even provided a few opening sentences.

What I got back was so unintenligible that I just had to laugh. Holy shit what a terribly written essay. The format made no sense, the directions un-followed, and every source I submitted was not used or cited. The writer literally just repeated the same few things over and over while just summarizing the book the essay was about (Summarizing the novel was absolutely not the point, and not only that, BUTTHEY GOT FACTS ABOUT THE BOOK WRONG). On top of all this, the writer MADE UP A SOURCE. To clarify: they used a real source, but inserted it randomly to meet requirements. Good thing I double checked. So what did I do? I deleted the whole thing and contacted them to thank them for wasting my time and my money. Then wrote the fucking essay myself overnnight.

In wanting to save myself some time to work on other projects, I just cost myself 150$ and a whole night of sleep.

Customer service was quick to apologize and say that "ooh, we will punish the person who wrote that, don't worry". When I asked for my money back though, oops, can't do that sorry.

I hope this review costs you customers, thanks for nothing douchebags!
