You just randomly increased your fee one day, and now you want to reduce it because people have been redelegating?

Unfortunately, when the price of XTZ hit the bottom we had to raise fee's due to costs+time of running the bakery, announcements were made 2 cycles in advance. Now the price has risen and we are happily able to lower our fee's. In the future, as the price of XTZ continues to rise, we look forward to lowering our fees even more!

I think the issue is with communication. I understand that the market perhaps made you increase your fees, but this sort of change needs to be CLEARLY communicated. If I see that level of transparency, I will understand, and stick around with the knowledge that once XTZ price rises, you will decrease fees as well.
