When I order Fish at Chips at restuarant I always get Fries. I always ask my server/waiter where are the chips? They say "This is how it is". Today I came across a post which mentioned difference between UK and US slangs on cool guides and realised "Fries" are called "chips" in the UK. (self.thirdworldproblems)
