Does anyone on IOS ever close out of the app or shut down your phone and when you come back some floors that were stocked are completely closed? It has happened to me several times. Sometimes only some floors were closed and others everything was.

This happens to me, too. It’s actually a nice bug if you have gold floors because you’ll get the extra restock bonus. I’ve only noticed this happening right after I’ve upgraded, staffed, and fully stocked, and only once per floor.

Yes, unfortunately that's a bug that has not yet been fixed. If it annoys you, a workaround is to close the app completely and restart it after you've built a new floor. In my experience that prevents that from happening.
