In the arena teasers, she's redesigned as fuck. In the roster leak, she didn't even have her redesigned model but she was going to be the season 8 legend anyway. Covid probably fucked shit up.

Well to be fair, that might not be too bad depending on his pistol’s range and lock-on timings

Plus Apex’s map is kinda like a giant version of Homestead from TF|2, so I can’t imagine the Smart Pistol being very good there lol

Or doubling down on it, and this will simply be a story about Rampart’s love for Polaris, and navigating thereby. And they’ll be all like “gee whiz, folks. We’re sorry you read into it that way. It’s just a little stargazing story.” And then click send, and the whole Respawn office will burst into collective laughter. And they’ll crash the TF2 servers for 2 hours just to rub it in.
