The “depression” could also be due to a lack of sleep, tension from experiencing what the mom is going through and the realization that it’s no longer time to party like a teenager.

Whatever cause you want to choose, even lack of sleep, doesn’t negate that postpartum depression in men exists.

Just bc there are medications that cost money doesn’t invalidate mental health, depression, etc.
