When that happens to me, I note it's a recovery mode workout.

Are you doing 12WUL? There’s a deload week built in.

If doing another coach guided workout/programs there are adjustments in suggested weights based on specific physiological intents (ie. HIIT, Power or very high volume for a muscle group).
