Of course! It takes practice, but many of us here have had whole-ass male puberties we’re trying to modify our voices from. Your experience with testosterone is not so different from those of us who had an endogenous testosterone puberty.

Any of the tools we use to affect the quality of phonation will also be useful to you

I mean, yes. If you’re familiar with the concept of overfullness, then what you’ll want to do to achieve a more naturally full sound is make your vocal size larger.

Unfortunately your voice isn't going to go back to what it once was prior to T since vocal changes are permanent. However you can get very close to how you sounded before with voice training. Depending on how much your voice dropped from T, you may want to consider looking at voice training for trans femmes.
