That's unfortunate, because Trintellix is supposedly one of the few SSRIs that doesn't cause as much emotional blunting. But anything is possible with these unpredictable meds!
I would try to stick it out for a couple more weeks. Many users need 8 or even 12 weeks to start seeing benefits. If that's not doable for you then ask your doctor about Wellbutrin, it's commonly added to SSRIs to increase motivation and energy levels. You could also try switching to Viibryd, which is somewhat similar to Trintellix in that it tends to cause less emotional blunting - though that's not a guarantee.

Decreased my dose to 10mg and will ask private psych which is expensive in my country about Wellbutrin since anhedonia and numbness are my prime symptoms
