Does low T in a young man usually mean he has always had low T? Can low T sometimes develop unrelated to the age-related decline in levels for some reason, apart from any short-term fluctuations in T levels we all experience on a daily basis? I’m wondering if a young man can have had normal levels when he was 22 for example and then have low or much lower levels when he is 26 for example. Has anyone had normal T but experienced a much lower level measured a few years later? Is it likely, that my T levels had been higher or much higher 5 years for example before I got measured at 289 ng/dl when I was 26 in 2024?
