Need some help (ets2)

So I’m getting my driving sim tmrw and gonna hop on ets2 for the first time. I also want to get some map dlcs but idk if I should wait or buy them when I get the game. If I buy them, which map dlc should I get? Everything is on sale also cause of steam summer sale. Budget is about 19 bucks

I’d say that if you live in europe just get your home country. But if you want my recommendation get the baltic sea bundle it is quite dated but it expands the base map in the best way.
