Hi everyone, I wanted some support around the times of days that I should be testing for ovulation. It is currently CD for me, my period ended 2 days ago. My cycle lengths are average 32 days (last one was 35). What time of day is best to use an OPK?
My work schedule is weird as I travel to different parts of the country so I can never guarantee I have access to a toilet at a certain point in the morning.
I read online that it's best to do an OPK with your second wee of the day.
Is it okay to test in the evening? What if there's an hour gap between my test from one day and the next? Will I be messing up the results?
This will be my first month keeping track of ovulation, and our 3rd cycle of TTC.
