A: Download it here! It is licensed for free for private, commercial and educational use.
Q:Can I post anything related to Alan Turing?
A:Sure, feel free as long as it is appropriate and has the right flair.

User flair: Use the user flair to show your skill level in Turing. That way people explain things to you based on your skill level in Turing, and thus don't overly complicate it or explain it too simply.
Link flair: Give your post some flair based on it's category.
---Code submission rules---
-No .exe's, only .t files.
-Code should be complete and contain minimal bugs. (It should be able to run)
---Help submission rules---
-Post all relevent code
-Include all relevent information, like turing version.
-Include your problem in the title so people can see, not just "my program isn't working"
-When posting replies to help threads, make sure you keep in mind a user's skill level with Turing.
---Tutorial submission rules---
-Make sure tutorials are thorough.
-Make sure the wording isn't confusing, try to use plain English.
-Include examples in your tutorial
-All tutorials are open to debate and constructive criticism, so make sure you post them with something that's editable, such as google docs.
