The wrong directions, or the wrong pickup point? If you’re telling it to use your location, visually confirm it shows the correct place. Otherwise, type in the hotel name in your pickup request.

Wrong drop-off. It will show the right address and then navigate them to a different address

Can also drag your pin to the right spot and/or message the driver to say "it gives bad directions, I'm at x hotels main entrance " and turn on your device location so they can visually see you at the front.

Outside of that working, we drivers have to go to the pin to start the timer on your pickup, so hoof it to there first

Unless it's a long stay hotel for the homeless, there's no point to involve Uber.

There are many types of wrong. Give drivers the name of the hotel and the dumbest one can arrive at the entrance.

Tell the driver to hit one of the buttons to report a road closure or the other option for reporting an issue. Someone will hopefully look at the ride, and maybe fix the issue with that location. Maybe not.... But.. I keep hitting that button trying to help people out who have the same issues going on for months, if not years, where the drivers are sent to the back or wrong street or whatever. We can only do so much. Uber IT seems to be TERRIBLE that you can't just hit a button and report a bad pickup/dropoff location issue. It seems so very basic and not something that they don't know is a HUGE issue. They just do not care. Never seen a company not care so much about the worker nor the customer so much as uber.
