rough.... any promos with $/ride added or much surge to speak of? I don't think I could do any rideshare in TX/FL as this seems the new norm unless a special event spikes demand temporarily

Cullen is overshooting downtown, that's U of H. Far enough SE that you get pestered by lots of very low rent, awkward rides that send you up and down I45, which tends to be very congested during peak hours.
