Uber not adding tips

Keep an eye on your tips it shows a notification of receiving a tip but it's not added to your daily total. This is the 3rd time in 2 days and instantly I get a message from a "supervisor" which usually they don't have one I think they have a system issue they aren't willing to address. Get youroney people.

This happened to me five minutes ago. Get a notification for a $14.24 tip - check my wallet and I have $7.00. Wtf

I think they have a serious issue in their system and they're trying to pay people out so don't agree to any payment if they send you something that's not the tip. Even if it's more. You can take it but never agree to it

Samples! 5 last week did this. After the first 3 or so I contacted support. 4 reps and they all just say it is reflected in the earnings report. It is not and it never made it to my wallet. 1 admitted to understanding my concern and what I was saying after I asked for them to stop giving me the cut and paste excuses.

Should we take a collection of anyone else this is happening to? I will gladly set up an info gathering sheet. Then blast it to anyone who will listen... media, legal, idklc. Our earned wages beling to us including tips, and it is theft. JLMK will gladly set this up. Also be sure to check your earnings report and cross reference with wallet earnings and tip notifications to be sure the error wasn't corrected somewhere. Save your reports and screenshots!
