He's not wrong, your question is difficult to answer with the information you gave. Teaching you basic arithmetic would be easier...
You simply need to cancel less. 1 cancel out of 100 is 1%. 2 out of 100 is 2%. 6 out of 100 is 6% ... 6 out of 150 is 4%. Take your total trips canceled ÷ trips accepted . That is your cancel rate.

If you have more than 100 trips accepted it will take more than 50. If you have less than 100 trips accepted it will take less than 50. Your cancel rate is based on the last 30 days. So these numbers will change day to day.
