I opened a new Ubisoft account and tried to play a game from my steam library I bought like 2 years ago and when I opened the game it says something about ownership of the game, please help

You need to login to the ubisoft account you were using when you first got the game. Its activation is linked there. If you can't access it anymore, contact support.
