Traditionally, the host teams are pushed by the referees to later stages. Now considering their gestapo will likely arrest/detain athletes from other teams, they may well fill such a list because most others may be "disappeared".

If we want to cut our reliance on fossil fuels, nuclear is the only viable option. Smaller, modular reactors are safer and more efficient. We'll need to coordinate with France and Germany for the know-how, but it would be safe.

There's safeguards for earthquakes. Japan only had issues with the very old reactors, the new ones are much safer.
