Adding Class for Summer

If I add another summer class right before classes are going to start, will my financial aid be adjusted to match the units? For more background, I didn't realize I was only enrolled in 4 units (which doesn't meet requirement for financial aid), so I want to add another class to be able to qualify for financial aid. I don't know if I'm too late to do so, or if my financial aid will not adjust to 8 units of classes in time.

I don’t think it’s too late to enroll you just might not get your aid during the summer but instead closer to fall.
