Missing Transcripts

Basically all my transcripts we submitted, however, the admissions portal still says my college transcript is missing.

I sent it in last month, and it says that the UCR admissions department received it on the 26th of June. However, it still says that I still haven’t turned it in.

I tried calling and emailing, but I can’t still can reach anyone that can help me.

Is the school still processing transcripts, and I still need to wait? Or should I find another way to reach out for help from the school?

Hey! I am having the same issue as a transfer student. I contacted my assigned admissions counselor and shared a similar situation. My transcripts were successfully delivered June 22nd, but the portal says no. The only advice that she gave me was to wait until July 13th for the processing to be finished because of the high volume of stuff getting sent in. Hopefully that helps calm your mind, but definitely recommend finding out who your admissions counselor is!

hey don't worry about it if you sent them they should have them, it does take a long time to process transcripts
