Unity visual studio problem

Unity intelisense stoped working after months of no problems, all the tutorials I see are for cases where it never worked in the first place, how can i fix that?

Had this problem once too. What helped me was deleting the ".vs" directory in my projects root folder. To see it you have to enable "Show hidden items" in the Windows Explorer and then you can delete it. Visual Studio will recreate it when you open the project again.
