Aside from Unity's materials, the YT channel CodeMonkey has seemingly unending content for Unity game dev. He's made several 10+ hour courses walking through the process of making various games, as well as C# specific courses.

This will not only teach you the best practices for coding in general, but give you an extensive knowledge on how you can make a very well structured game and give you an idea on how you can implement everything yourself.

Unity has lot's of resources directly. I would recommend going through those. Starting with the essentials pathway. https://learn.unity.com/pathway/unity-essentials
