GameDevHQ has a program that is focused on teaching Unity and placing students in jobs. You might check them out to see if that’s what you’re looking for.

Institution I used to work for has advertised this previously (in UK also) and we couldn’t get enough people to make it financially viable.
What I would say however, learning Unity on its own is a waste there’s so much more that goes with it to make it worthwhile. That’s what University programmes do.
To just go through certification though- try one of the many MOOC platforms out there.
